Brady
“I was at the end of the line with my puppy's severe skin issues (yeast,
severe dandruff, sores) which were also effecting his temperament (aggression, insecurity, depression). Three vets had tried to help him and threw up their arms and said my only hope was a shortened life on high doses of steroids. Then a vet said one of his clients had great success with Chinese Herbs. My dog responded immediately to the diet change and herbs. Over the course of a year he improved to the point where he only has skin issues when he eats a food he shouldn't. His temperament has improved 100% and he's now a healthy, confident, happy dog.” "Thank you Dr. Nate and the wonderful staff at Qi Veterniary Clinic!"

Sheba
It was just about a year ago when I found out that Sheba, my 13 year old border collie mix, had bone cancer. I was absolutely devastated. The vet whom I was taking her to at the time told me that there was nothing that he could do besides give her pain medication. I asked him how much time she had left and he told me that I should take her home and spend another week or two with her and then think about letting her go. I refused to believe that there was nothing more that I could do for her.
A good friend of mine told me about Qi Veterinary Clinic and strongly recommended that I take Sheba there. I have to admit that I was skeptical of the effectiveness of Chinese Medicine at first but I decided to give them a call. When I first explained my situation, they were so completely sensitive and understanding of how distraught I was over her diagnosis.
I felt confident that I’d made the right decision in bringing Sheba to Qi during the first few minutes of her initial consultation. Dr. Nate and his staff handled Sheba so gently and with such obvious love and examined her so thoroughly, asking me tons of questions in order to surmise the best way to treat her. I explained to them that she just seemed to have lost interest in everything that she used to love and that she didn’t seem to be enjoying her life anymore. Dr. Nate listened attentively and looked so genuinely concerned for Sheba, as if she were his own.
After Sheba had been treated at Qi for a couple of weeks, I noticed an incredible change in her. Her legs, (where the bone cancer was located), no longer seemed to be causing her any discomfort at all, she ate every last bit of her food enthusiastically and she was even running around the yard with me again. The treatment that she had undergone did exactly what Dr. Nate said that it would and I couldn’t have been happier to see Sheba look like her old self again. Looking at her then, you would never ever have known that she had cancer.
When it did come time to let my Sheba go, I felt at peace knowing that I had brought her to someone who did everything that they could for her. While my other vet had initially told me that she only had another week or two left, Sheba lived for another five months happily.
Dr. Nate and his staff at Qi Veterinary Clinic were able to give Sheba another whole summer of the happy carefree life that she had always lived. I cannot stress enough what good people they are and I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet like family.
